Calgary’s Attempt at Potato Skins - FAIL

I had never seen potato skins on a menu in Calgary until last night, so I figured I had to try them. *sigh* They were no contest for Paddy’s though… I mean look at them! There were 8 of them! 8! Potato Skins must be served as a mountain of awesomeness, smothered in cheese, bacon, green onion, and sour cream.

I guess somethings are meant to stay in Nova Scotia…
